It's an expectation that accommodation will be safe, secure, clean, warm and tidy. Beds should be made up with fresh linen, towels provided, clean bathroom and kitchen facilities should be readily available.

In return, it's an expectation that you'll be a courteous guest. Please clean up after yourself, and respect your hosts' property and privacy at all times.
