Ever wanted to know more about the music industry – how it works, who to talk to, what you need, why things happen and where you should look for help?

Independent Music New Zealand (IMNZ) presents a networking session called Going Local, an informal way for you to meet with some established people already working in the music industry.

​

Common participants include representatives from organisations such as the NZ Music Commission, IMNZ, NZ On Air, Recorded Music NZ , APRA AMCOS NZ and commercial businesses like publishers, legal practices and more. We also engage with local musicians to present their experiences within the industry.
